Drillmar believes the critical factors to its past and continued success include (1) using its proven knowledge and successful execution of casing drilling, managed pressure drilling, and petrophysical/geophysical reprocessing and remapping on mature oil and gas fields it acquires; (2) the existence of certain natural barriers to entry, including the learning curve associated with its drilling and completion techniques (3) management’s approach and discipline.
