Company Background
Drillmar Energy Inc is an oil and gas exploration and production company with focus on lower risk exploitation drilling. Upside potential is provided through the Company’s participation as an operator in an exploration program that uses proprietary seismic interpretation techniques. The Company is continuing the operations and activities of Drillmar Inc which effective 2Q 2006 became a passive participant with an interest in Fidelity Exploration and Production of Texas LLC which subsequently was sold 1Q 2008. In the US, the Company is operating through its wholly owned subsidiary Drillmar Oil & Gas Inc.
The Company has provided services to Apache, Shell, PEMEX, PDVSA, Repsol YPF and others, and has established technology-sharing relationships with companies like Tesco and Huisman-Itrec. Through these relationships, Drillmar has developed unique experience that the Company believes will allow it to identify, drill for and produce oil and gas from mature oil and gas fields more efficiently and effectively.
In a short period of time the Company has established an attractive acreage position and portfolio of drilling projects in Texas & Louisiana. Furthermore, the Company is operator of several producing fields in the Texas and Louisiana Gulf Coast region. The Company is also focusing on international opportunities in particular South America and has taken an active ownership in a reputable Venezuelan service company named Equimavenca. The Company has through a charter agreement with purchase options ownership of one unique LOC250 casing drilling enabled rig which is used to develop own properties.

The strategy is to exploit the use of non-traditional drilling techniques and technologies. This include casing
drilling, managed pressure drilling and certain geophysical reprocessing techniques.
